Stephen Deery King's College London, UK

Stephen Deery is the Editor-in-Chief of one of our biggest journals, Human Relations which we publish on behalf of the the Tavistock Institute. He is the Professor of Human Resource Management at King's College, University of London and is also on the editorial board of the Journal of Industrial Relations. He was previously Head of the Department of Management and Industrial Relations at the University of Melbourne. His papers have appeared in such journals as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations Review and Journal of Management Studies. His research interests include HRM and call centres, absenteeism and employee turnover and trade unions and organizational performance. He became Editor-in-Chief in January 2006.
