Laura N. Haiek, MD, MSc is a family physician working at Québec’s Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux and McGill University’s St. Mary’s Hospital in Montréal, Québec, Canada. She is also a part-time Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at McGill University. Dr. Haiek gained her medical school degree from University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and masters degrees from Columbia University (Human Nutrition) and McGill University (Epidemiology and Biostatistics). Her areas of interest include infant nutrition, lactation, program implementation/evaluation and public health policy.
