It's a very clear book and close to the research practice. The focus is on analysis, but - adding texts on datacollection - it can be used for a course on 'qualitative research' in general.
A much needed text in action research, well-written, approachable and concise. It deals deals with the topic thoroughly and in a very engaging manner with examples and exercises presented throughout.
Excellant companion for any reseracher engaged in qualitative data analysis. The books provides detailed practical information about data analysis in every chapter with addition information provded in a 'fequently asked question' boxes. The chapter on coding is excellent and the examples provided make this complex process tansparent and self explanatory.
