Remigiusz Smolinski HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Leipzig, Germany

Remigiusz Smolinski is a Negotiation Professor at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. In his research he focuses on theory and practice of negotiation particularly in international settings and innovation management. He was a visiting scholar at Tufts University's Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation. Dr. Smolinski has held senior leadership positions in media, e-commerce, banking, and consulting companies, he actively advises his clients on innovation management and trains their executives in negotiation. Dr. Smolinski has taught negotiation at leading business schools for almost two decades. He is the founder of The Negotiation Challenge, a major international negotiation competition for students and professionals and the founder and Academic Director of the Center for International Negotiation at HHL
