This is an informative text. We have decided to recommend this text to students undertaking work based research.
The book provided the students with an overview of methodical and methdological questions and pitfalls when they are about to do research in a setting familiar to them for a number of reasons. For some students the book was inspiring and understandable for others several concepts had to be discussed with professors. I will use the book again at at doctoral introductory course in lifeong learning as essential reading in fall 2010
