Dr. Dodgson is the Patricia and James R. Hemak Endowed Professor of Maternal Child Health Nursing Research at the School of Nursing, Saint Louis University, Saint Louis, MO USA. She is a member of the American Academy of Nursing’s Breastfeeding Expert Panel and is their delegate to the US Breastfeeding Committee. Dr. Dodgson has been researching disparities in breastfeeding among US minority populations and teaching/learning cross-culturally in Asia and the USA.

Lisa Amir, MBBS MMed PhD IBCLC FABM, is a Senior Research Fellow at Mother & Child Health Research, La Trobe University. She also works in breastfeeding medicine at the Royal Women's Hospital, Melbourne and in a private medical practice. She is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Breastfeeding Journal.
